I'm Back...

Hello Bloggers,

How's your weekend been? I've not had chance to post for quite a few days, we've had kind of a busy hectic week.  As last weekend while we were camping my stepson fell off his bike and broke his ankle unfortunately they are unable to operate until the swelling goes down so we were back and forwards to the hospital visiting until he was allowed to come home on Thursday :-) Its so good to have him back here so I can look after him, fingers crossed when we go back to hospital in the week they are able to do the op..

Anyway after spending the weekend catching up on some design work I have finally sat down to get some posts scheduled..Today we have a christening card I made using my fav christening stamp from LOTV again...

I coloured with Aqua blend pencils. Papers are some of my favs from Nitwits/LOTV (oh I do miss these pads) Lace and Ribbon from my stash.. The die cut crosses are from Spellbinders. I die cut the image using a xcut die

What your fav dog breed???

Good Morning Bloggers,
How is your week going so far??
I'm just stopping by to share a card I made for an order.. The spec was to have a westie and staffie dog on the card.. So I reached for my Pollyanna Pickering's Best of Breeds CD.. Printed off the westies and the staffie toppers along with the backing papers. Now as the images/colours were quite dark and the recipient is a female, I wanted to pretty it up a little.. So I teamed it up with the lovely large Facny Edgeables Die Pasisian
I think the fancy edge die worked quite well.. I finished off with some organza ribbon and peel off numbers from my stash.. The Rolled flowers are made using one of my most fav dies English Country Garden Roll Up Flower

Christmas Rose

Hello Bloggers..

Hope you've had a good weekend. Its like a proper autumn day here today.

Just stopping by to share a little creation I made for the Crafty Ribbons Stand.. Have you seen their NEW Christmas releases, OMG they are amazing and I think my fav has to be the Christmas Rose Collection

I decorated this gift box using these beautiful Ribbons.. I make lots of these boxes during the Christmas period as they are great to give a gift inside but then after act as a pretty ornamental piece on your dresser..
For the top of the box I used a die cut of red card and some large foam flowers and leaves I picked up from local warehouse. I added some red pine cones for extra christmasy feel too.. Finished off with a ribbon bow and a button

Thanks for stopping by today
