Girly 18th

Morning Bloggers,

How was your weekend?

I have my eldest off school today feeling poorly not been well for a few days with sore throat but now his body's achey and got a temp too :-( So he's lying in bed today dosed up on medicine..

For todays card share I have a girly 18th birthday card I made for an order.
I used a topper from Hunkydory.. Teamed with some First Edition papers and embellished with ribbon, gems, pearls and flowers from my stash..
Sentiment I printed on the computer then cut out using a little tag die that I received in the Crafters Companion advent calendar last year..

Love this colour combo

Morning crafters,

So yesterday's stall was a no go.. half way through setting up the rain started, so I made the decision to pack away just couldn't risk all my stock getting ruined so it was back home to the craft room to finish some design work lol..

I'm still working through all these in blogged cards so the one I'm sharing today I made quite a while ago, it's very similar to one I made last year as a customer wanted to me make her another similar.

I used some old LOTV papers, image sim Saturated Canary Coloured with Spectrum Noir..
Ribbon and lace from my stash
Flowers and pearls from WOC

Usualy Sunday job she to do this morning ready for school/working week then an order finishing off some orders before my stepson comes for dinner..

Have a good Sunday everyone

Twilight and acetate

Evening everyone,

I'm back with a second post for today again.. this time it's a selection of cards I made using twilight kingdom papers and toppers from Hunkydory. I enjoy playing with acetate at the moment it's a great addition to the cards..

I love the design of this top card with the acetate drop front and topper on top of it.
And green and black is a great colour combo (one of my favs)

Created a dome acetate front on this second card and for the bottom one I created a acetate box around the topper then mounted it onto the easel card base.

Off to have a cuppa and an early night, I'm shattered today

More Marvellous Mirri

Morning Crafty Friends

I'm sharing some more of my Marvellous Mirri Samples with you again today..
I love designing for Hunkydory, all of their products are such good quality and the range of things you can make with them are endless.

For this top card I used the gorgeous  corner die and flower die from the Moonstone Marvellous Mandala die set also from Hunkydory.

For these last two cards I used toppers from the Little book of words and wisdom.. Matt and Layered onto several different shades of the mirri card.

As this Mirri is so reflective I did find it difficult to get good pics of my samples :-/

Marvellous Mirri

Evening Bloggers,

How are you all??
I've been prepping today for the community fun day on Saturday where I will have a stall for my cards.

Did anyone see the Create and Craft shows today for the Marvellous Mirri pads from Hunkydory??
WOW the colours in these are stunning. Here are a few of the samples I made...

I used images from the little book of nautical and the little book of by the seaside for these cards. I also used Acetate and some ribbon from Crafty Ribbons. I had great fun making these.. All the mirri pads are fab, for anyone that didn't catch them on the shows today, they come in darks, brights, pastels and metallic..
